Single layer or multiple layers of Monel alloy 400 mesh can be brought together by a strictly controlled sintering process, and we usually call the final product as sintered Monel 400 wire mesh. We can also add an extra punching sheet as the strong base for obtaining better mechanical strength and withstanding even higher collapse and burst pressures.
